No. A prenatal is built around pregnancy. Postpartum Daily is built around the months after birth: replenishing what pregnancy and delivery used, supporting normal energy metabolism, and reflecting the higher nutrient demands of lactation — with choline, omega-3 (EPA + DHA), iodine, iron and L-methylfolate. If you switch, don’t take both.

The formula is designed with lactation in mind. Any statement about use during breastfeeding must match the final licensed label, so we will publish that wording once it is confirmed. Bring the label to your healthcare provider if you have questions.

Many mothers begin in the first weeks after delivery, once their care team has cleared them to resume supplements, and continue through breastfeeding or the first year. Directions on the final label and your provider’s advice should guide timing.

Check the combined totals, especially for iron, vitamin D, iodine and B vitamins, so you are not doubling up. A pharmacist can review your full list quickly.

Per two-gummy serving: vitamins A, C, D3, E and K; thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, B6, folate (as L-methylfolate), B12, biotin and pantothenic acid; choline, iron, iodine, magnesium, zinc, selenium and copper; a probiotics blend; and vegan algal oil providing omega-3 (EPA + DHA). The complete Supplement Facts panel is on this page.

Yes — 0 g total sugar and 0 g added sugar per serving, sweetened with stevia extract. Omega-3 comes from vegan algal oil, and the label lists no yeast, wheat, milk, eggs, gluten, soy, peanuts, shellfish, artificial colours or artificial flavours.

Frequently asked questions

Is Postpartum Daily available now?

The final product is being developed. The website can introduce the formula direction while the WooCommerce store remains in Coming Soon mode.

Can a supplement treat postpartum depression or anxiety?

No. Those are medical conditions that deserve proper evaluation and treatment. A nutritional supplement should not be presented as a replacement for mental-health or medical care.

Will it be safe while breastfeeding?

That statement must match the final licensed formula and label. Breastfeeding mothers should also consider individual medications, health conditions and clinician advice.

Will it be natural and non-GMO?

That is the intended product direction. We will only publish those claims once the finished product and supplier documentation verify them.

How will ingredients be chosen?

We look at postpartum nutritional needs, authoritative guidance, ingredient form, dose, safety and the claims Health Canada authorizes for the finished product.

When to get medical help

Mothers After Birth provides general wellness education and does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Heavy bleeding, chest pain, shortness of breath, severe headache, fever, worsening pain, thoughts of self-harm, or concerns about postpartum depression or anxiety deserve prompt professional or emergency care.
