“Clean,” “natural,” “non-GMO,” “vegan,” “third-party tested,” and “breastfeeding safe” are meaningful only when the finished product documentation supports them. Mothers After Birth will publish these claims only after they are verified for the exact manufactured formula.
What we expect from a finished product
- A valid Canadian product licence and NPN before sale in Canada.
- Clear medicinal and non-medicinal ingredient disclosure.
- Directions, cautions and contraindications that match the licensed label.
- Manufacturing and testing records appropriate to the final product.
- No fake medical endorsements or stock-photo “doctors” presented as product experts.
- No claims to diagnose, treat or cure postpartum depression, anxiety, anemia or other diseases unless legally authorized as a drug claim.
